Further, our department consists of a DuPont Cyrel Fast 1000 TD thermal flexographic platemaking system along with a Screen imager which essentially eliminates the entire solvent output which in turn helps save water, electricity and time making the process much more sustainable and cost effective.

In-house Ink Lab and Ink Farm
As a pioneer of Sri Lankan in-house ink mixing we have implemented an advanced ink dispensing system that enables accurate and consistent color output for the printing process to maintain highest quality of tea bags, tea tags, tea envelopes, pyramid tea bag mesh, and flexi labels. The in-house ink lab and farm use à la mode ink matching, color separation and ink mixing technology and hardware in the global market. We are also equipped with the X-Rite ink formulation software version 6.31- a fast, accurate, consistent ink formulation, and a storage, approval and retrieval solution for offset, flexo, gravure and screen-printing inks.
